I've always had good experience with Max Stacy. On this particular order, it was delivered to a church for a funeral, so I never saw the arrangement or had any feedback. It's hard to respond on this particular instance.

My sister loved the gift basket. Simple process to order. However as the sender/payer, i was not able to put my own contact details as I live outside USA and the form assumes you live within, so had to put her details in again.
